"Dr. Adeeb Rohani is a board-certified Family Medicine physician trained at the University of South Florida for residency and Florida International University for medical school. He is an experienced Medical Director of multiple clinics with comprehensive clinical experience spanning primary care, mental health, urgent care, addiction-related care, holistic/functional medicine, hormone replacement/regenerative medicine, and chronic disease management. His practice background includes both outpatient and inpatient medicine, high-volume urgent care settings, multidisciplinary primary care environments. In addition to his clinical roles, Dr. Adeeb Rohani has served as a Medical Director, providing leadership in clinical oversight, quality assurance, workflow optimization, and provider performance management. His work reflects a commitment to whole-person, evidence-based care with additional specialization in obesity medicine, hormone therapy, functional medicine, and integrative approaches to long-term health.
Throughout his career, he has been deeply engaged in collaborative, team-based models of care. His leadership emphasizes clear communication, shared decision-making with his background in program development and quality improvement.
